I had a fantastic stay with great skyline views from my Premium King room and enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. The rooftop pool and spa were perfect for unwinding after a busy day of exploration. One little downside was the lack of coffee-making facilities in the room, but overall, I can't wait to come back! ☕️

We recently stayed at this hotel with our big family, and we loved the spacious rooms. The views from our rooms were stunning! The location was perfect for exploring Soho and nearby attractions. Everyone enjoyed easy access to food and entertainment.
My wife says that a kids’ play area would make this place even better.

missingWrote a review on Jul 19great locationquick servicefriendly staffthin wallsoverwhelmed staffnoise issues
I recently stayed at Nomo Soho for a couple of nights and had a mix of experiences. The location is perfect, close to shopping and dining. My room had a sleek design, but I faced a significant issue with the thin walls. I could hear my neighbors talking late into the night, which disrupted my sleep. The check-in process wasn’t great either. I felt like the staff was a bit overwhelmed. However, I really appreciated the room service speed. They were on point with delivering my order quickly. The room had a comfy bed, which helped me recharge for the next day. A positive note was that the staff members were friendly when I interacted with them, but there were instances where they seemed unresponsive during peak times. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential but needs to improve on soundproofing and customer service during busy times.

missingWrote a review on Jul 04poor amenities
Room service options were limited and pricey for what's available. items like coffee incur an extra charge and aren't replenished in-room. The lack of a minibar or fridge was a hassle, and with no complimentary water, it felt a bit cheap for the price. Despite some attractive decor, the room lacked sufficient blackout curtains, resulting in too much light for a good night's rest. Additionally, the shower in my room had issues, with water leaking into the living space—definitely in need of refurbishment. Lastly, expect an unexpected 'amenity' fee that seems inflated without much to show for it.

I adored the stylish ambiance, particularly the vintage decor and inviting restaurant, which were both easily accessible and comfortable for seniors. The skyline view from my room was breathtaking, enhancing my overall experience beautifully.
More seating options in common areas would be helpful.

incredible views but limited dining options
The corner room we stayed in offered stunning views of the skyline. The rapid service in the restaurant, especially for my vegan requests, was commendable.
The dining choices felt somewhat limited for an extended stay.

Had a decent experience managing to snag a suite which was pretty spacious. The staff really went out of their way to help us out with our requests.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but all things considered the price was still okay for what we got.
